Dedicated to training and development.
Our dedication to training and development ensures that we continue growth through an experienced & competent management team and workforce. With our own IOSH & NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Training Manager, along with a Quality & Environment Manager we ensure that our people are fully trained and competent.
Our Training Manager maintains a structured training programme utilising external programmes where appropriate. Employees are also encouraged to pursue, on their own initiative, continuing education and training, particularly when this leads to vocational and professional qualifications relevant to their work.

The Office Manager in conjunction with external HR advisors is responsible for putting in place and reviewing procedures.
RISK ASSESSMENT:
Directors and Senior Managers are responsible for risk assessing all activities ensuring that contractors and suppliers meeting our standards and values and that all staff are aware of the problem and what they must do if these standards are not met.
SUPPLY CHAIN:
Directors and departmental heads are responsible for compliance in their respective departments for their supplier relationships.
